Liberty bandana bib Paisley
This sophisticated Liberty bandana bib in red and blue paisley is made from the iconic Liberty Tana Lawn Fabric Ravjee design. The soft 100% cotton fabric is eco-friendly, free from irritating allergens or any crease-resistant chemicals, and wonderfully caring and soft for your baby’s gentle skin. We only use soft 100% woven cotton for the backing fabric too. There are no complicated fastenings or metal parts, as the bibs fasten with adjustable plastic poppers, making them perfectly safe.
The Liberty store opened on London’s Regent Street in 1875. Liberty of London fabric is synonymous with classic florals, charming colour palettes and delicately detailed prints. Liberty’s now legendary fabrics are printed on impossibly soft fine, high thread count 100% cotton tana lawn fabric. Alongside traditional archive prints, new designs and colour palettes are created in the renowned Liberty design studio for each of the seasonal collections.
The Liberty store opened on London’s Regent Street in 1875 and began importing fabrics from Japan, China and India. A dyer and printer in Staffordshire was employed to choose colour ranges, celebrated designers (including Walthamstow’s local lad, William Morris) were commissioned to design prints, Lancashire mills were used in the production … and in the 1920s a Liberty buyer, William Haynes Dorell, hit on the idea of marketing their cotton lawn as Tana Lawn. Liberty of London fabric is synonymous with classic florals, charming colour palettes and delicately detailed prints.
All our Liberty bandana bibs are handmade in our UK workshop. These bibs wash and wear well, and keep their shape, and so it is something that is easily passed on from one baby to the next. The bib size around neck is 32 – 34 cms, and the depth at deepest point – 14cms, so they give a good coverage.
These Award winning bibs are safe, soft, classic and hard-wearing.
